Are you looking to make a difference in Marin?
Perhaps you are at a place in your life where you want to use your talents and time to give something back to your surrounding neighborhoods?
Many people who feel like you say that there's nothing more rewarding than reaching out to help someone less fortunate or on the margins of our society.
St. Paul's provides numerous opportunities to help you cross the boundaries of another's isolation through compassionate service and so make a special connection with people in need.
Recent opportunities have included:
"Adopting" a family displaced by the hurricanes in the Gulf Coast.
Mentoring a class for probationary youth in Marin.
Hosting an interfaith worship service on the evening of each execution at nearby San Quentin Prison; our services often include the family and friends of those executed.
Giving food and presents to the homeless and nearly homeless of San Rafael though our close relationship with the Ritter House.
